You start your workday by checking your emails, knowing exactly what’s on the horizon for the day. You work within a close-knit team and serve as the essential link between our clients and our company. After all, you are the face of Successfully—but also our eyes and ears on the ground!

You are passionate about ensuring that our IT solutions truly support the organizational needs of both new and existing clients.

Your goal is to nurture client relationships and ensure that the partnership between Successfully and the client is not just maintained, but optimized. You are responsible for expanding our brand awareness and growing our client base. By advising, connecting, and translating client wishes into the right choices, you know exactly how to exceed expectations. You make sure IT truly works for the entrepreneur, backed by the outstanding service we stand for.


The heart of this position lies in translating organizational needs, business risks, changing work methods, and market opportunities into concrete projects. You present these proposals convincingly—verbally, in writing, and visually—with the goal of closing successful deals. You actively spot opportunities and pick them up independently or in collaboration with your colleagues. Thanks to your strong network, technical insight, and decisiveness, you contribute to the growth of Successfully on Bonaire in a goal-oriented way. Above all, keeping your promises is always your top priority.

What are we looking for?

  • You are currently living on Bonaire

  • You have strong communication skills in English and/or Dutch. Do you speak Papiamento as well? That’s a big plus!

  • Bachelor’s (HBO) level of professional and intellectual ability

  • Proven experience with sales processes within professional services

  • You enjoy translating complex issues into smart business solutions

  • You are empathetic and can easily step into the client's shoes to identify their true needs

  • You have a high sense of responsibility and can work independently, ensuring our clients are ensuring our clients are fully taken care of
