The Commercial Skilling Director - Global Skilling is responsible for translating Microsoft’s global learning strategy into relevant and actionable plans for the Americas market. In this role, you will drive the activation of learning initiatives across customer, partner, and employee audiences, adapting programs to address area-specific needs while maintaining alignment with global strategy. You will serve as a key connection between Global Skilling and area leadership, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to integrate learning into business motions and help accelerate adoption of Microsoft technologies, including AI and Copilot.
You will also use engagement, consumption, and business impact insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future strategy. By enabling field teams to incorporate learning into customer engagements and championing a culture of continuous learning, you will contribute to skilling adoption and alignment with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI priorities.

Sales Operations M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
