As a Site Superintendent, you’ll lead day-to-day jobsite operations and be the on-site representative of Elements. You’ll guide crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, ensure safety and quality, and help create a positive experience for clients, partners, guests, and team members.

This position is 100% travel with scheduled breaks throughout the duration of each project.

  • Lead on-site construction from start to finish
  • Coordinate trades, schedules, and deliveries
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and inspectors
  • Document daily progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to execute the plan

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Has participated in Elements leadership programs and assessments.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project supervision and diversified commercial construction knowledge.
  • Competency and solid experience in reading building plans.
  • Experience implementing process strategies.
  • Understands and reflects Elements MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture.
  • Self-management and drive are key to success in this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, MS Project, and Paylocity.
  • Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others.
  • Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
