Commercial Service Plumber will be responsible for professional customer interactions, discovering new sales opportunities and upselling efforts. Work closely with the Division and Operations Managers and field supervisors to promote outstanding customer service, safety compliance and job assignments safely, on-time and within budget. Provide customers with solutions to all their plumbing needs.

• Complete required forms, reports and approval processes using the provided tablets, computers, phone systems and software.
• Maintain, inspect and clean assigned vehicle and maintain and secure truck stock to promote time and material efficiency and present a professional image to the public.
• Promote Protech Mechanical’s image of being clean cut, trustworthy and professional at all times.
• Commercial Plumbing Service calls.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures/Equipment in commercial structures.
• Punch List Items for Construction Projects.
• Warranty Calls.
• Assist on Construction Projects as needed.
• Perform Cable inspections of underground sewer via camera & equipment.
• Operate and maintain line locating equipment.
• Assist in the cleaning/ jetting of sanitary lines as needed.
• Able to identify issues with installations.
• Ability to use transits, lasers, locators, and other forms of tools
• Ability to operate excavation equipment required to perform project objectives and tasks.
• Work with project management in review of installation to identify any areas of concern.
• Ability to locate and mark issues based on blueprints and locating devices.
• Adhere to all of the safety requirements for the position on site-specific basis.
• Other various Plumbing work as needed.
• Assist in gathering all necessary information to submit to estimation team for quote related work.
• Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of 5 years’ Commercial Plumbing Service experience.
• Active TSBPE Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
• Current Texas driver's license with clean driving record.
• Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) a plus.
• Excellent time and project management skills
