Commercial Service Excellence Manager

Reports to: Customer Experience and Asset Manager

Direct Deports: Yes

Role overview:

In this role, you will take ownership of key processes related to commercial equipment and POSM throughout their lifecycle, from planning and ordering through transportation, maintenance and refurbishment to write-off and reporting.

What will you do:

• Managing and coordinating external suppliers and service providers, including transportation and maintenance partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration.
• Coordinating the lifecycle of commercial assets, including ordering and delivery of new equipment, maintenance, refurbishment, inventory, transportation and write-off.
• Driving CAPEX-related processes, including budgeting, approvals, preparation of business documentation, ordering and implementation.
• Managing purchasing and financial processes related to the area, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, cost monitoring and regular reporting.
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Excellence, Procurement, Finance and external partners to ensure an excellent level of service for our customers.
• Supporting annual and regional business planning, forecasting activities, internal audits and monthly financial updates.
• Monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency, service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Keeping up to date with market and industry developments and proactively identifying new ideas and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a commercial, operational, procurement or supplier-facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Experience in project coordination, budgeting and/or cost management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of commercial equipment, draught systems or coolers would be an advantage.

Дизпазон на заплащане: 1820 - 2388 бруто евро + Годишен бонус 15% бруто от годишната злапала, на база на 100% изпълнение на годишните цели.
