About the Opportunity

Our client is a globally recognised leader in intelligent power management solutions, supporting customers across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, utilities, mobility, data centre, and energy sectors.

For their German organisation, we are currently looking for a Commercial Senior Analyst – Germany (m/f/d) to strengthen the commercial excellence function and support sustainable, profitable growth within the business.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys combining data analysis, business partnering, pricing strategy, financial insight, and commercial performance management in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial decision-making through robust business analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Drive insights related to sales performance, profitability, pricing, margins, and commercial KPIs
• Partner closely with commercial, sales, finance, and business leadership teams across the German organisation.
• Analyse market, customer, product, and commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimisation potential.
• Develop, maintain, and improve commercial dashboards, forecasting models, and analytical reporting tools.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, business planning, and commercial excellence initiatives
• Support strategic business reviews and management reporting processes.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support profitable growth, operational effectiveness, and improved commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within an international and matrix-based environment.
• Ensure data quality, analytical accuracy, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in commercial analysis, business analytics, finance, controlling, pricing, sales operations, commercial excellence, or strategic business support
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with reporting systems, analytical tools, and performance management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Comfortable operating in an international, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style.

Technical Skills

• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or commercial systems is considered an advantage.
• Financial and commercial acumen.

Languages

• German: B1/B2 fluency required
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
