About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Commercial Sales Representative (Title) to leverage a well-established brand, suite of products, and industry-leading technology to drive results. In this role, you will own your territory—building and growing a strong commercial client base through new business development and relationship management of existing accounts. You’ll be supported with best-in-class tools and resources to maximize your sales production.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while securing new business opportunities
  • Identify and develop prospective client lists using industry data and various lead sources
  • Develop and execute strategic call plans targeting real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and related professionals
  • Assess client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet business objectives
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and industry stakeholders, both in person and virtually
  • Maintain strong market visibility by attending industry events, networking functions, and community engagements
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to develop local campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives to support business development efforts


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a sales-driven role
  • High-energy, driven professional with a competitive yet collaborative mindset
  • Strong ability to listen, assess client needs, and deliver effective solutions
  • Demonstrated persistence, consistency, and accountability in achieving revenue goals
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced, evolving market
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients both in person and virtually
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Hybrid - In office, in the field, and WFH

Compensation: Base salary $50K–$100K + uncapped commission
