What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage all sales staff activities to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Train, cross-train, and develop the sales team.

  • Monitor daily activities and ensure customer engagement.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.

  • Proven track record with outstanding CSI scores.

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
