The role is responsible for administering and managing the entire order portfolio, maintaining continuous coordination with the sales team and resellers to ensure that orders progress smoothly through production and stock release. It oversees product invoicing, delivery tracking, insurance entries, and shipments handled by third parties, while maintaining strict control of finished goods inventory. The role also supports sales priorities by requesting adjustments to the production queue, works closely with Planning, Pricing, Financial Credit, and Manufacturing to achieve monthly sales targets, consolidates monthly reports, and manages post‑billing activities such as certificate generation, document unlocking, form printing, signature collection, and the resolution of any discrepancies that arise.
