ServiceMaster Restore is a leading commercial restoration company serving six counties in the region. We specialize in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage repair, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, trauma scene restoration, and commercial reconstruction.


We are seeking a Commercial Sales Account Manager to develop relationships with commercial clients and generate new restoration business. This role focuses on B2B relationship development with property managers, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, hospitality groups, schools, commercial building owners, and more. You will help expand our presence across multiple industries and position ServiceMaster Restore as the first call when businesses experience property damage or emergencies.


We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys connecting with people and building long-term business partnerships. The right candidate is friendly, confident, and proactive, with the ability to build trust quickly and represent our company professionally with commercial clients. Success in this role requires someone who can develop strong relationships, instill confidence in customers during stressful situations, and position ServiceMaster Restore as the trusted partner businesses call when emergencies happen.


This position offers base salary plus commission and bonuses, with additional earning opportunities through emergency response leads.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with commercial property decision-makers
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track activity
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Experience selling commercial services, restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Commission and performance bonuses
  • Additional earnings from emergency response projects

Requirements

  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Must pass background check dating back to age 18
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to participate in on-call emergency lead rotation
