• Location Hampton Roads Area, VA (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, and surrounding cities)
• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits + Company Vehicle

We’re partnered with a dominant player in the commercial roofing industry—an elite full-service contractor trusted with some of the most complex and mission-critical builds in the Eastern U.S. They’re known for delivering excellence on multi-million-dollar commercial and industrial roofing projects across hospitals, government buildings, and secure facilities.

With increasing demand across the Hampton Roads region, they’re looking to bring on a seasoned Commercial Roofing Superintendent who’s ready to take charge of challenging, high-profile work—and grow alongside a thriving team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
• Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
• Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
• Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
• Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
• Enforcing all OSHA and job-site safety requirements
• Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
• Expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot-applied systems
• Proven track record on complex or secure job sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, manufacturing)
• OSHA-certified with strong safety leadership
• Confident communicator (Spanish-speaking a plus)
• Comfortable with 50%+ travel
• Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S.
