About the Opportunity

A leading commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join its growing Dallas team. This position is ideal for a hands-on roofing professional who thrives in the field, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service and repairs for commercial roofing clients.

This role focuses on commercial roof inspections, leak investigations, repair work, and small-scale roofing projects across a variety of low-slope roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical roofing knowledge, and the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and crew members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranty requirements
• Diagnose roof leaks and complete repairs on commercial and industrial roofing systems
• Lead and train helper(s) on repair procedures and safe work practices
• Work with multiple low-slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and coatings
• Complete accurate daily reporting, including labor and material tracking
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
• Utilize company software and mobile technology for reporting and documentation

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience required
• Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and coatings
• Ability to lead and mentor small field crews
• Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills
• Ability to identify and resolve field application issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Basic smartphone and computer proficiency
• Ability to travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing field leadership or service supervision experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
