What is Being Offered:

• Base + commission, first year total $100K+
• Gas card

What The Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on commercial clients, attending preset appointments and generating new opportunities through scouting, door knocking, and networking
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Use CRM tools to track your pipeline, manage customer communications, and drive follow-ups
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Commercial roofing sales experience, ideally in reroof, retail commercial replacement, service-related reroof, or relationship-based commercial sales
• Experience self-generating leads
• Familiarity with estimating
