Commercial Roofing Foreman
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Full-Time | Hourly - 28-35 depending on experience level
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects throughout the Minneapolis area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safety, quality workmanship, productivity, and building strong roofing crews.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily crew assignments and job-site activities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
- Work with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, coatings, metal roofing, and other roofing systems
- Read and follow blueprints, project specifications, and work orders
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
- Enforce job-site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Perform quality-control checks throughout projects
- Complete daily reports and required job documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, customers, and crew members
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required
- Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and Modified Bitumen
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Strong commitment to job-site safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts and occasional weekends as project schedules require
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial roofing experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience performing roofing inspections and quality-control checks
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
