Job Description


  • This is a 15+ year old roofing company servicing residential and commercial customers in the Greater Detroit area
  • Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating and Torch Award Winner


What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $85K-$105K base + bonus

What The Position is About:

  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive takeoffs and estimates for industrial and commercial roofing projects
  • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers, sales staff, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project scope and pricing
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, proposals, and project costs
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, and industry partners
  • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments, material costs, and labor rates


The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Estimating experience in the industrial and commercial roofing industry is required
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
