The opportunity

A fast-growing Georgia community bank is expanding in Peachtree City and Fayetteville and is searching for the banker who will build it.

The role

The priority is being a visible face of the bank in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
• Gather core deposits and cross-sell treasury management and other bank services
• Manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer clients and structure C&I, CRE, SBA, construction, and equipment loans
• Represent the bank in community organizations and local events
• Over time, help build a team in the market

Ideal background

• Trusted community banker
• Deep, visible roots in Fayette County or an adjacent market
• Proven ability to gather deposits and build relationships with local business owners and professionals
• Active in civic organizations
• Existing book of business is preferred but not required
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking
• Entrepreneurial mindset
