Job Description

Commercial Lender (Generalist)

Location: Dunwoody or Duluth, GA
Compensation: Market-based (DOE)
Incentive Plan:

  • 1% of SBA loan volume

  • 15% of fees on conventional loans

Lending Focus

The bank is actively focused on:

  • Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate

  • SBA lending (7(a), 504, USDA)

  • C&I lending

  • CRE

Current market emphasis is SBA and owner-occupied transactions.

Production Expectations

  • Typical market conditions: $25MM–$30MM annually

This is achievable production with the right relationships — not unrealistic volume pressure.
