Commercial Relationship and Contract Management Analyst I

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships throughout the entire customer journey, monitoring satisfaction indicators and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Execute the management of energy sales contracts, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and mitigation of commercial risks.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and an experience aligned with ENGIE’s value proposition.
  • Analyze and adapt energy sales contracts in accordance with the Commercialization Policy, safeguarding the rights and obligations of all parties.
  • Monitor customer requests and demands within your portfolio, identifying deviations and proposing improvements to ensure sustainable relationships.
  • Operate projects, tools, and corporate systems required for contract management and commercial relationship activities.
  • Contribute to customer retention and the optimization of portfolio maintenance costs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Sciences, Humanities, Exact Sciences, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of energy sales contracts and the free energy market environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance indicators and interpreting data.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools.
  • Organized, empathetic, and commercially driven profile, with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles.
  • Preferred qualifications: postgraduate degree in Business Management or Marketing, and basic English proficiency.

Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil — ENGIE Brasil Energia Headquarters (BRC Department). Hybrid work model.
