Our dedicated refrigeration team is responsible for installing, ,servicing and maintaining commercial equipment, including, but not limited to walk-in freezers, walk in refrigerators, chillers, reach in, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains HVAC/R equipment including walk-in freezers, walk in refrigerators, chillers, reach in, and more
  • Performs HVAC/R service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations
  • Participates in on call rotation
  • Documents and submits information from customer location in internal software
  • Schedules service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software
  • Obtains parts pricing, and builds quotes
  • Maintains good working order of company vehicle
  • Complies with company and industry safety standards
  • Accountable – You take ownership of your actions
  • Proactive – You can remain focused when experiencing many simultaneous customer and associate inquiries while preventing potential problems from arising
