Position: Commercial Service Technician – Food Service & Beverage Equipment

Primary Areas of Focus:

• Supermarkets
• Warehouses
• Clubs
• Convenience stores
• Drug stores
• Food service and industrial accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Service & Maintenance Service and maintain commercial food service equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
• Beverage Equipment Service and maintain coffee service equipment, as well as other beverage machines, keeping them running smoothly for client use.
• Installation & Start-Up Install new food service and beverage equipment, perform start-up procedures, and demonstrate equipment functions to ensure customers are familiar with operation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience
  • Experience servicing food service equipment and rack refrigeration systems
  • Experience with beverage service equipment (coffee machines, beverage dispensers, etc.).
• Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic control troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Familiarity with espresso machine equipment service and repair is a plus.
  • Experience with water purification systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills Strong communication abilities, capable of interacting with clients and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
