Job Description

The Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager is responsible for the generation and management of commercial real estate relationships generally above $5 million. The size and complexity of the companies would require analytical training and experience necessary to communicate with a business owner/CEO, CFO, or controller. Duties include developing and managing commercial business relationships, making loans, and cross selling other bank service. Provide guidance to credit analysists and/or portfolio managers and promote the bank within the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage profitable client relationships
  • Manage individual production and assigned production goals
  • Recommend structure, terms and rate for loans being underwritten
  • Provide guidance to credit analysts
  • Manage loan closing process
  • Ensure adherence to company loan policies and procedures
  • Evaluate risks to meet profitability standards
  • Actively participates in community and industry related organizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements For Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial institution in credit analysis or lending
  • Capable of managing a loan portfolio of $500 million
  • Capable of analyzing complex financial statements/completion of commercial analyst training program
  • Possess effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of commercial real estate finance

Pay Range

USD $103,664.00 - USD $171,860.00 /Yr.
