Job Description

Lead impactful commercial real estate projects across the Americas in a company committed to sustainability and innovation. As CRE Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring excellence in execution, collaboration, and safety while contributing to a greener future.

You Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end CRE project delivery across the Americas region
  • Drive projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, costs, and outcomes

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing CRE or construction projects
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Solid understanding of project delivery and commissioning
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
