
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will work on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions such as reviewing contracts, reviewing due diligence such as title insurance commitments, surveys and zoning reports, drafting deeds, transfer tax forms and other affidavits, and communicating with all parties to the transaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience.
