Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financings.
• Conduct thorough title and survey reviews, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact closings.
• Draft and manage critical legal documents, including contracts, lease agreements, closing statements, and amendments.
• Collaborate with lenders, developers, and clients to facilitate seamless transaction closings.
• Prepare detailed closing checklists and ensure all transactional deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date real estate files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and industry standards.
• Research and stay current on real estate laws and regulations, providing timely updates to the legal team.
• Participate in negotiations and due diligence reviews, playing a key role in supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with clients, attorneys, and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, title, and survey analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
