About the Role

Elders Commercial Rockhampton is seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our team and work alongside one of the region's leading Senior Sales & Leasing Consultants on a permanent, full-time basis.

This opportunity will suit someone looking to establish or further develop their career in commercial real estate. Whether you are seeking to enter the industry for the first time or bring existing experience from real estate, sales, marketing, business development, or administration, we are looking for an individual who is eager to contribute, learn, and grow within a high-performing team.

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will work closely with an experienced Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant, providing support across commercial sales, leasing, marketing, client relationship management, and business development activities. You will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property transactions while playing an important role in delivering exceptional service to clients and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside a Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will:

  • Assist with commercial property sales and leasing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, social media content, and client communications.
  • Manage property enquiries, inspections, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain client and property databases and assist with prospecting initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and assist with listing and appraisal preparation.
  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Professional presentation and customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
  • Interest in property, sales, business, or commercial real estate.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, administration, marketing, customer service, or business development will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Real estate registration certificate or willingness to obtain one.
