Commercial Real Estate Account Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $75K–$85K

About the Role A fast-paced Brooklyn-based commercial real estate brokerage is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Loan Processor to join their growing team. You'll own the loan process from submission through closing — keeping files organized, stakeholders aligned, and deals moving without missing a beat. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and never lets the details slip, this role has real upside with commission on deals sourced.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Documentation

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation and financial information
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and clear any outstanding conditions

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers throughout the process
• Order appraisals, title reports, and other third-party documents
• Provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams from submission to close

Compliance & Pipeline Management

• Ensure all loans meet company, investor, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records in loan origination systems (LOS)
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while hitting deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high-volume pipeline
• Excellent attention to detail and file management
• Clear communicator with solid follow-up instincts
• Ability to review financial documents and identify discrepancies
• Previous experience in loan processing or commercial real estate is a plus
• Quick learner who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $75K–$85K base salary, with commission on self-sourced deals.
