What you will do

The Commercial Quality Specialist – Deliver is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of appropriate Quality Standards and Quality Systems, in compliance with local quality requirements and Kenvue Quality Standards, for the handling, storage, and distribution service providers (as 3PL, Copackers, transport companies, waste managers) and their related .

This scope includes inbound, warehousing, distribution, returns (and destructions) and copackers (when operating within 3PL facilities) across the relevant geographical area supporting the cluster. In addition, the role includes oversight and quality management of Distributors.

Main responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System for handling, storage, and distribution.
  • Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, external, and health authority (GDP) audits and inspections.
  • Provide quality oversight of distribution operations, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk management.
  • Manage quality performance of suppliers, 3PLs, and distributors, including qualification, monitoring, and Quality Agreements.
  • Lead quality incident escalation, field actions, and temperature excursion management.
  • Ensure training compliance and promote a strong quality culture across internal teams and partners.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Transport, Customer Service, and Regional Quality teams.
  • Act as Cluster Champion for Returns, driving standardization and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Essential knowledge and skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic industry
  • Up-to-Date knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and GxP regulations.
  • University Scientific Degree
  • Fluency in English and French is required, along with a basic level of Italian (fluent Italian and/or Spanish would be appreciated).
