We are searching for the best talent for the Commercial Quality Specialist role to be located in Leeds, UK.
As part of the Quality team, the Commercial Quality Specialist is a hands‑on specialist role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, problem‑solving, and operating within a regulated healthcare environment while influencing quality culture across the organization.
As a CQS, you will be responsible for:
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UK & Ireland product complaints, managing cases end‑to‑end from intake through investigation, documentation, and closure
Assess complaint complexity and risk, resolving issues locally where appropriate or escalating to the Team Leader in line with procedural requirements
Partner with EMEA and global teams to support communications, execution, and closure of Field Actions
Coordinate effectively with local stakeholders across Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Commercial functions
Support the development, implementation, and follow‑up of CAPAs to address root causes and prevent recurrence
Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and standardize commercial quality processes within the QMS
Deliver onboarding, refresher, and cross‑functional quality training, including support for Junior Commercial Quality Specialists and Sales teams
Escalate significant or high‑risk quality issues to senior management with clear, evidence‑based recommendations
Qualifications / Requirements:
GCSEs or GCEs, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent UK secondary education.
Demonstrated relevant experience in Commercial Quality / QA within regulated healthcare industries
Strong documentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
Proficient with standard business systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and internal systems)
Solid understanding of UK regulatory expectations, including GDP, MHRA requirements, and Quality Management Systems
Hands‑on experience working with QMS platforms (e.g. TrackWise, Veeva, EtQ or similar)
