With modern case management systems and a refreshing lack of red tape, They believe in getting things done efficiently with a smile.
The Role:
You'll be steering the ship (no actual sailing experience required) across a wide range of property matters including:
Landlord & tenant
Real estate finance
Development projects
Sales and acquisitions
You'll also be supervising a capable team, which includes a newly qualified solicitor whos eager to learn and secretarial support that keeps things running smoother than your average espresso machine.
You'll work closely with the Partners and enjoy a mix of home and office working.
What Were Looking For:
A qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property
A calm, confident file-juggler with serious legal chops
Leadership experience if you've herded cats (or solicitors), you're on the right track
Someone who can bring both gravitas and good humour to the team
Detail-oriented and ambitious bonus points if you enjoy a good spreadsheet or strong pun
