About the Team

Dentons' Real Estate team is a market leader, advising on high-value and complex property transactions across Australia and internationally.

The team works across:

• Major developments and large-scale projects
• Complex titling and structuring matters
• Commercial, retail, and industrial leasing
• Strategic property advice

You will work closely with highly regarded Partners Dean Kent and Vince Mascolo, gaining exposure to premium clients and sophisticated transactions.

About the Opportunity

This is a career-defining opportunity to work on a broad mix of high-quality matters, including:

• Major property developments
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial, retail, and industrial leasing
• Joint ventures and property syndicates
• Strata and community schemes
• Structuring for tax, stamp duty, and GST outcomes

You will gain exposure to high-profile deals while working in a collaborative and supportive environment with clear progression pathways.

About You

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer who is looking to accelerate their career within a global platform.

You will bring:

• 4+ years' PAE in property law (from a reputable firm)
• Strong academic credentials
• The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
