Commercial Property Solicitor 3-5 PQE
Location: Salisbury (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £55,000 -£75,000 (depending on experience and expertise)

You'll be advising a diverse mix of clients from local businesses to well-known household brands and working alongside lawyers recognised nationally for their expertise in pension property work.
You'll get involved in:
Landlord & tenant matters
Freehold sales and purchases
Acquisitions & disposals
SIPP & SSAS pension property transactions
A wide range of general commercial property matters
If you have 3-5 years PQE from a city or leading regional firm, strong technical skills, and a pragmatic, commercial approach, you'll fit right in. You'll also need to enjoy working as part of a team and delivering an outstanding client experience.
