We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor Master of Deals and Negotiator Extraordinaire

We are working with a law firm in East Hampshire with a knack for turning complex property deals into simple, stress-free transactions. Whether its assisting a landlord whos more elusive than Bigfoot or negotiating lease terms that could make a poker player sweat, they've got it covered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building Your Own Client Portfolio: If youve got the ambition to build a client portfolio thats the envy of every other solicitor in town, were ready to support you every step of the way. Think of it as your very own commercial property empire.
• Large-Scale Disposal Programme: Were talking about property, not waste management. Help our clients say a fond farewell to their real estate assets, ensuring they leave with a smile (and a sizable cheque).
• Renegotiating Lease Terms on a Volume Portfolio: Think youve got what it takes to renegotiate leases for more properties than you can count on two hands? Perfect. Well throw in some coffee to keep you going.
• Securing Option Agreements & Conditional Contracts for Land Development Projects: Youll be wheeling and dealing to secure the best options and contracts, turning empty plots into goldmines (figuratively, of course).
• Assisting Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants: You'll be the guiding light in the murky world of commercial property. Your mission? Make the whole process as smooth as a buttered slide and as cost-effective as a discount warehouse.
  
  

Were Looking For:

1. A solicitor with between 0-4 years of post-qualification experience
2. Someone who wants to build their own client portfolio
3. A natural-born dealmaker with the charm of a negotiator and the precision of a contract ninja.
4. A love for making complex things simple. Think of yourself as a legal translator for those who didnt major in fine print.
5. A sense of humor because, lets face it, youll need it when negotiating with a landlord who thinks their property is the Taj Mahal.
