We are looking for Commercial Project Manager

You’ll make a difference by

• Monthly Forecasting / Budgeting and monitoring for project including BTA preparation.
• Actively monitoring and reporting of KPIs, monthly closings, forecasting and reporting as required to management as well as regional HQ.
• Monitoring of Order Entry, OCC reports, Provisions, Revenue, EBIT, NCE & FCF for the project. Analyzing the variances/deviations.
• Margin analysis and ensuring the same is within the margin corridor.
• Coordination with customers regarding contract requirements, collection targets, variation orders and other contract related activities.
• Detailed analysis of COPA, P&L and NCE and taking corrective actions on the same.
• Monitoring and controlling inventory/UBC and ensure same is maintained at optimum levels.
• Handling of internal audits/external statutory audits/ICFR requirements.
• Interaction with HQ colleagues and respond and ensure timely closure to their queries.
• Support in the yearly re-org activities for the segment.
• Review and evaluation of contract conditions, including legal scrutiny.
• Conduct commercial project status meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure the correct methodology for evaluating risks and opportunities is applied.
• Ensure compliance with LoA guidelines for commercial aspects and risk management processes.
• Participate in contract/claim/change order negotiations for commercial aspects.
• Identify, assess, respond to, monitor, report, and escalate all commercial risks, such as calculations, tax, insurances, and currency.

Desired Skills:

• You should have experience of minimum 5 years with bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance or accounting along with CA/CS/ICWA with basic understanding of Project Management
• Having SAP and advanced level of Excel skills will have added advantages.
• Have good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders
