What you will do

You will play a key role in winning strategic business with global OEMs and Tier 1 customers. From the first customer interaction to final nomination, you will lead complex RFQs, align cross-functional teams, ensure a structured and high-quality sales process that delivers result.

As a central point of contact, you bring clarity, direction, and momentum across internal and external stakeholders. In parallel, you will actively contribute to strengthening our business development approach by improving processes, tools, and ways of working to increase pro-activity and win rate.

You will operate at the intersection of Business Development, Sales and Marketing turning insights and customer needs into commercial execution.

Tasks will include

  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and drive RFQs from pre-RFQ to nomination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, operations, etc.)

  • Own, manage or support customer dialogue throughout the sales process

  • Act as the commercial lead for key opportunities, ensuring alignment internally and externally, when needed

  • Structure, drive, and follow up RFQ execution to secure high-quality submissions

  • Contribute to defining sales strategy, priorities, and direction together with the Manger Business Development

  • Improve and develop sales processes, tools, and governance (e.g., RFQ frameworks, decision gates, documentation standards)

  • Strengthen collaboration with international teams, including China-based colleagues

  • Define needs for market intelligence and act as a key internal stakeholder and “buyer” of such insights

  • Support the development of a more proactive and insight-driven sales approach

To succeed in the role you have proven experience from B2B sales and/or business development, long sales cycles within a complex international environment (preferably automotive or similar industry).

We believe that you bring solid experience from working with RFQs, commercial negotiations, and customer-facing processes. You have a university degree within Business or Engineering or a related field.

To be successful in the role, you are a strong communicator who naturally builds alignment and clarity across stakeholders. You are confident in navigating complex discussions and to create understanding across functions, cultures and organizational levels. We take it for granted that you are fluent in English both orally and written. German or French is a merit.

You are a true commercial and strategic thinker, along with the ability to get things done. Working with market intelligence and strategic sales development is essential for the role and something that triggers you.

As a person you are comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and used to practice self-leadership on a daily basis.

You have strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.

Our Office;
The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is easily accessible by car, bus, or the newly introduced ferry service.

For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.

If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
