Commercial Product Lead – Networking & Security

Networking & Security is a new business unit within Telia B2B’s Network & Cyber Security business, responsible for networking and network security services and related solutions in Finland. The unit is a key part of Telia B2B’s strategy to provide customers with reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity and security services that support digitalization and business continuity. Our goal is to be Finland’s leading partner for network and security solutions, supporting our customers’ business growth and security.
We serve a broad range of B2B customers across industries, covering companies of all sizes that need secure and efficient network and security solutions. We also serve the public sector with solutions that meet strict security requirements. The unit includes around 90 top professionals working in demanding roles across business leadership, product management, solution sales, and technical expert work. Our team combines deep technology expertise with a customer-centric service culture.
What you will do:
In the Commercial Product Lead role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of Telia’s System Integrator product area. The role combines a deep understanding of products, customer needs, service processes, and implementation technologies with long-term development of competitiveness. You will work closely with product managers, Business Leads, IT development, sales, partners, and other internal stakeholders, and you will improve product quality and customer experience based on customer feedback and market insight.
Guide the development of the product area internally and towards partners
Prepare operational and development plans as well as the investment outlook
Support financial planning, forecasting, and commercial planning
Be responsible for costs, calculations, and analyses
Participate in customer projects, go-to-market work, and material production
Participate in migrations and portfolio renewal
We expect:
A relevant university degree (technical/commercial)
Strong experience in networking and security technologies (SD-WAN, LAN, SASE, Zero Trust, etc.), service processes, and partners
Excellent understanding of market and customer needs as well as development trends
An analytical mindset and strong lifecycle management skills
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead collaboration with sales, technology units, and other internal stakeholders

Technology vendor certifications
You work actively with solution sales and sales teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken
