Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into business impact? As a Commercial Pricing Analyst, you will support the development and execution of pricing strategies for the Installed Base & Fuels portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, improve pricing tools, and help drive data-informed decisions that strengthen competitiveness and business performance.

As the Commercial Pricing Analyst:

  • You will analyze pricing performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the Installed Base & Fuels portfolio.
  • You will evaluate customer response to pricing changes and new offerings, helping shape effective pricing strategies.
  • You will perform margin, volume, and price realization analysis to measure pricing effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • You will maintain and enhance pricing models, tools, and databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • You will support the development of pricing frameworks, including segmentation and discount structures.
  • You will gather and assess market intelligence, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and industry trends to help maintain a competitive market position.
  • You will prepare pricing recommendations, business cases, and supporting materials for internal stakeholders.
  • You will assist with the rollout and execution of pricing strategies across regions and product lines.
  • You will track pricing performance, exceptions, approvals, and policy compliance to help strengthen pricing governance.
  • You will build and maintain pricing reports and dashboards to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Product teams to support deal reviews, negotiations, and pricing decisions.
  • You will communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or a related role

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
