Johnson Plumbing offers the client a variety of contracting methods and an array of mechanical services. Our selection depends on the client’s specific needs, including the type of project and its complexity, location schedule and cost factors. Contracting methods include design/build, consulting/design, straight bid, cost plus and negotiated contracting. Once the method is selected, specific services are then defined for the planning, preconstruction and construction phases of the project.
