Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Salary: Pay negotiable (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to support installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial properties in Lincoln and nearby regions. The role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and facilities maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial plumbing installations, upgrades, and repairs

• Diagnose faults and complete reactive and planned maintenance

• Install and service pipework, pressurised systems, commercial plant rooms, sanitary systems, and hot & cold-water services

• Work across educational, industrial, healthcare, and office sites

• Ensure all works comply with building regulations and safety standards

• Accurate completion of job sheets, reports, and compliance documents

• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation on site

• Travel in and around the Lincoln area as required

Requirements

• Proven commercial plumbing experience

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

• Familiarity with commercial buildings and plant room environments

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability

• CSCS/JIB card preferred

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Desirable

• Gas qualifications (commercial)

• Experience working with FM contractors or commercial maintenance teams

• IPAF / PASMA

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
