Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Location: London and surrounding M25 area
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000(dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance and repair services across commercial sites in London and around the M25. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to work on a variety of projects within commercial buildings, facilities services, and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial plumbing installations, upgrades and repairs

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults in commercial environments

• Install and service hot & cold-water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and commercial plant rooms

• Maintain compliance with building regulations and safety standards

• Work closely with the facilities and mechanical teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance

• Provide excellent customer service on occupied sites

• Complete documentation, reports, and compliance paperwork as required

• Travel across London and M25-surrounding sites (company vehicle provided if applicable)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber

• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems (pressurised systems, booster sets, plant rooms, etc.)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

• Valid CSCS or JIB card preferred

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities

• Knowledge of health & safety practices

Desirable

• Gas qualifications (Commercial or Domestic) beneficial

• IPAF/PASMA

• Experience working with FM/maintenance contractors or in commercial buildings

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
