Commercial Plumber - Installation & Maintenance
Salary: £42,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Maidstone, Kent

As a Commercial Plumber, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services across a variety of commercial properties. Youll ensure plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and functioning optimally. Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Overtime available

Key Duties

  • Installing and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial properties
  • Conducting thorough inspections to ensure systems are in optimal working condition
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber, with a focus on installation and maintenance
  • Relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and heating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
