Commercial Plumber Installation & Maintenance
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Plenty of Overtime
Location: Dartford or Maidstone, Kent

About the Role

Youll carry out installation and maintenance plumbing work across commercial properties in the public sector from schools and hospitals to council buildings and community facilities. Our client is a reputable mechanical and electrical service provider with a long-standing presence in the industry. Known for delivering quality solutions across Kent, theyre now expanding their team and looking for someone who values teamwork, reliability, and the chance to grow within a supportive environment

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Plenty of overtime available

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in various public sector environments
  • Conducting system checks and inspections to ensure operational efficiency
  • Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults quickly and professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
  • Communicating clearly with clients and colleagues to keep projects on track

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing (install & maintenance)
  • City & Guilds or equivalent plumbing qualifications
  • Unvented Hot Water Certificate (G3) essential
  • Valid CSCS card essential
  • Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and heating systems
  • A proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
