Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and operations planning meetings and act as the liaison between production planning, finance, and regional sales heads.
• Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Hire and manage customer order validation and processing staff, as well as sales operations team.
• Translate numbers and plans into management reports and scenario analyses to optimize company contribution margins.
• Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure that production schedules are aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and risks and implement appropriate strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Ensure that all customer orders are validated and processed in a timely and accurate manner, and that sales operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, engineering, etc
• Strong background in consulting or finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools.
