TheCommercial P&C Solutions teamis responsible for management and growth of our Commercial Property & Casualty insurance businessThis position is responsible for the execution of strategic and functional activitiesfor the team, includingstrategicinitiativesand process improvement projects This role will focus on identification, creation and implementation of product tools,processesand documentation This role will lead appropriate cross functional teams to accomplish deliverables. This position will lead mid-level strategic and functional initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilization by collaborating with business partners to define objectives, success measures, and roles and responsibilities. 

Consultant – provides advice with regards to strategy, management and operations as well as the structure of a business.  They analyze and identify problems, research and collect data, prepare business proposals, manage projects and programs.  They recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization. Consults with client to ascertain define need or problem area plus determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution. Consultants analyze data to define solution and examine alternate methods as well.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional projects or represent the team on corporate initiatives

  • Create, maintain, and improve business process documentation and tools. Coordinate change management for affected staff/partners, providing training and support.

  • Develops working relationships with members of the management team in successful attainment of business unit goals and objectives.

  • Possesses and maintains in-depth business knowledge ofTruStageproducts and services, Business Unit strategic plans, and overall business operations.

  • Assemble and lead cross functional teams as needed to accomplish assigned project or business objective.

  • Identifies, creates and implements tools and processes that support product and service.

  • Research, analyze and collaboratewithcrossfunctional partnersin recommendingbusiness capabilities andsolutions

  • Provide support and input into product development/enhancements based upon marketplace acceptance, marketplace need, emerging directions and competitive environment.

  • Assists in the management of profit and loss for a product/program or for a component of large/complex product/program.

  • Execute product/program level strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration, with proven skills in negotiating and influencing

  • Demonstrated experience in business process development, processimprovement, documentationand change management

  • Analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Agile learner – ability to quickly understand product and process and develop subject matter expertise

  • Ability to apply business strategy development concepts and strategy analysis models at the product/program level.

  • Ability to clearly communicate in a range of methods.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$93,100.00 - $139,700.00
