What's in it for you

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Refrigeration Parts Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our parts and service operation. This role is responsible for coordinating parts ordering and receipt, maintaining accurate stock records, supporting engineers and customers, and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring parts are sourced promptly, stock is controlled accurately, and engineers have the support they need to deliver excellent service to customers.

What you will do

• Order and receive parts, ensuring all information is accurately updated on internal systems.
• Liaise regularly with customers, engineers, and suppliers to source parts and provide accurate lead times and estimated arrival times.
• Provide professional telephone and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming customer calls, logging and raising reactive jobs within the system.
• Keep the stock room organised and tidy, ensuring all parts are stored in the correct locations and clearly labelled.
• Maintain the refrigerant gas cage, ensuring it remains adequately stocked and arranged in a safe and systematic manner.
• Carry out general filing duties, including the secure disposal of paperwork in line with data protection requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by completing regular stock checks across stores, the warehouse, and engineers’ vans.
• Coordinate engineer van repairs, servicing, and MOTs, keeping engineers and management informed throughout the process.
• Assist with unloading and loading large deliveries using an FLT; training will be provided.

What you will bring

• Previous experience in a coordination, parts, stock control, or administrative role is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, engineers, and colleagues.
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience using internal systems for data entry, stock control, or job logging would be advantageous.
• Understanding of safe stock handling and storage practices is beneficial.
• Awareness of data protection and confidentiality when handling paperwork and records.
