Job Description

About the role

Our clinically validated AI assistant, Kaiko.w, is ready for deployment in Dutch hospitals. You’ll join an ambitious team helping to shape the digital transformation of the hospital environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our solutions are successfully adopted and scaled across Swiss hospitals. You will own customer relationships, understand their needs, and guide them toward achieving sustainable value from AI.

This is a position with high autonomy, room to shape the work, and direct impact—within an environment that combines innovation, trust, and excellence.

You will be based in the Netherlands and will spend 20–60% of your time visiting customers, primarily in the Netherlands, with potential expansion to the DACH region over time.

Your responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth for Kaiko’s solutions in Dutch hospitals by translating customer needs into compelling value propositions and successful implementations.

  • Own the full account lifecycle account analysis, stakeholder mapping, relationship management, and long-term account development.

  • Lead customer engagements end-to-end, including discovery, proposal support, procurement navigation, and coordination of internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and rollout.

  • Represent Kaiko externally at events, conferences, and professional education programs; strengthen Kaiko’s presence and credibility in the hospital ecosystem.

  • Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to improve positioning, messaging, and roadmap prioritization.

Your profile
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, customer success, solutions consulting, or other customer-facing roles in a cloud/SaaS environment—ideally with exposure to hospitals/healthcare or similarly regulated environments.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, management) and build trusted relationships.

  • Solid technical understanding and curiosity—you can grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly. No specific technical degree required.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

Personal strengths
  • High drive and initiative, with genuine enjoyment of direct customer interaction.

  • Structured, goal-oriented, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Team-oriented, open, and resilient in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have
  • Existing network in the the Dutch hospital ecosystem (e.g., hospitals, associations, innovation hubs, healthcare accelerators).

  • Background in healthcare, paramedical practice, clinical operations, or experience in a health-tech/startup environment.
