We are now seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Madridbased team. This role offers a broad, handson opportunity to work across business partnering, analytics, digital tools and supply processes, supporting both Women’s Health and our Hospital Specialty Business (HSB).

You will work closely with commercial, supply, digital and leadership teams, playing a key role in enabling effective decisionmaking and commercial performance across Spain.

About the Role

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will act as a key business partner to the commercial organisation, providing analytical, operational and digital support with a primary focus on Women’s Health and additional support to the HSB, which operates in a complex hospital environment.

You will enable effective commercial decisionmaking through performance monitoring, data insight and strong ownership of commercial tools and processes.

You will:

  • Partner with Women’s Health and HSB teams to deliver sales, KPI and performance analysis.
  • Monitor sales, orders and wholesaler performance, providing regular insights to support business decisions.
  • Act as the local expert for Veeva CRM, Tableau and other commercial and digital tools.
  • Support commercial operations and digital projects, contributing to process optimisation and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Support supply forecasting, channel management and provide operational support to the Commercial Operations & Digital Director.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual who enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems and commercial strategy, and who can operate with autonomy and confidence in a fastmoving environment.

You will bring:

  • Some experience in business intelligence, sales force effectiveness or commercial analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical capability with an advanced level of Excel and experience working with dashboards and KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Veeva CRM experience desirable).
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • A structured, processoriented and metricsdriven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across crossfunctional teams.
