Join us at Jabra, part of GN Group, in this strategic role at the core of the North region’s growth engine. Based in our London office , the role sits within the global sales organization, reporting to the President of Region North, Enterprise, and operates at the intersection of four critical functions: Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Channel & Distribution

As our new Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building up and running the commercial infrastructure across our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Channel functions. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to enhance performance across the teams, managing the data, systems, and processes that inform critical commercial decisions. This position will require you to blend analytical rigor with commercial instinct—transforming data into clear insights and converting strategy into action.

You will be instrumental in guiding the North region’s performance. Working alongside the President and the leadership teams, you will have full visibility into strategy, targets, and results. As you grow within the role, so too can the scope of it.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will own:

Forecasting, Reporting & Insights

  • Own monthly and quarterly forecasting across business units

  • Build executive dashboards and KPI scorecards (Power BI, Dynamics)

  • Analyse pipeline, revenue trends, win/loss, and channel performance

Budgeting, Quotas & Compensation

  • Support annual planning with Finance and leadership

  • Coordinate quota setting to match available capacity and market potential

  • Validate compensation and incentive structures

CRM and Automation

  • Own Microsoft Dynamics CRM: adoption, data quality, governance

  • Identify and implement automation to improve productivity

  • Coordinate CRM enhancements, training, and integrations

GTM & Channel Operations

  • Analyse channel and distribution performance

  • Support GTM planning with partner mapping and market coverage insights

  • Track partner performance with Channel teams

Leadership Cadence & Performance Rhythm

  • Own MBR/QBR frameworks and reporting

  • Prepare executive briefings and performance summaries

  • Support sales incentives and performance programmes

Continuous Improvement & AI

  • Identify and implement AI and workflow automation opportunities

  • Build scalable and efficient commercial operations processes

Tothrivein the role, we imagine that you have:

  • 7+ years in Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Operations (B2B tech)

  • Experience working with senior/C-level stakeholders

  • Multi-market or regional exposure

  • An analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Effective communication skills with executive presence

  • A motivated mindset, and are accountable

  • a meticulous approach to details and confidence in navigating complexity

  • A collaborativenature, but able to manage own tasks and priorities

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM (advanced, direct ownership)

  • Power BI (build dashboards end-to-end)

  • Excel (advanced modelling and analysis)

  • PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling)

  • Familiarity with AI tools/automation
