We are seeking a motivated Commercial Operations Manager to lead our multi-depot operations, drive efficiency, and ensure a first-class experience for our customers

How This Role Supports the Delivery of Hire Solutions:

As our JPR Commercial Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate depot operations to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant workflows. You will optimise fleet performance, manage budgets, and maintain high service standards, while driving customer satisfaction and developing depot teams to deliver consistent results and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Managing multi-depot operations and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Driving fleet utilisation and maximising vehicle uptime and residual value.
  • Controlling budgets, analysing financial performance, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Resolving escalated customer and operational issues.
  • Leading and developing depot teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting innovation, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal, and environmental regulations

  • Proven experience in operations, fleet, or logistics management, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Experience implementing operational innovation and sustainability initiative

  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in fleet or operational environments.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and operational business systems.
