La oportunidad

As a Graduate in Commercial Operations Excellence, you will support the execution of key COE workstreams that help turn strategic priorities into scalable processes, governed ways of working, business integrations, and digital tool adoption across markets.

You will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, prepare communication and training materials, maintain documentation, and support stakeholder follow-up to ensure disciplined execution across initiatives. You will also contribute to business integration activities, helping enable the successful deployment and adoption of commercial processes and tools across the organization.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced, and international environment.

Lo que harás

  1. Project Coordination
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of COE projects and initiatives across different workstreams
  • Help track project plans, actions, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Organize and support project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Support stakeholders and project teams in keeping deliverables on track
  1. Digital solutions & user support
  • Support the deployment, adoption, and ongoing management of tools supporting commercial operations.
  • Act as a first point of contact for users, helping troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure effective tool utilization.
  • Support testing, training, communication, and change management initiatives related to new functionalities and releases.
  • Gather user feedback and business inputs to help identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, and support documentation
  1. Business Integrations & Transformation
  • Support the integration of new businesses, brands, and markets into global commercial processes and tools in collaboration with IT and business teams
  • Help consolidate information from different teams, markets, and project sources
  • Assist in the assessment, documentation, and implementation of business processes during integration projects.
  • Help monitor integration activities and follow up on key actions and dependencies
  1. Process Management
  • Support the design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of commercial business processes
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Help map processes, capture business requirements, and document improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain process repositories and ensure documentation is clear, updated, and easy to use
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up summaries.
  • Collaborate with teams across different functions and regions and business areas
  • Support stakeholder engagement by ensuring clear information flow, timely follow-up, and consistent documentation.
  • Help translate project updates and process changes into clear messages for business users.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree completed or currently in the final year of studies in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • A Master’s Degree or postgraduate studies in Business, Project Management, Operations, Digital Transformation, or similar areas would be a plus.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools (Asana,...)
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to consolidate information, identify gaps, and structure complex topics in a simple way.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in project management and business processes, digital tools and operational excellence
  • Basic understanding of process mapping, business requirements, or continuous improvement would be a plus.
  • SAP knowledge or previous exposure to business systems would be a plus.
