Rôle et Responsabilités
Piloter et coordonner les tâches commerciales liées aux offres en lien avec les ingénieurs d’application et les responsables commerciaux
Rédiger l’offre commerciale conformément au process interne de revue des offres
Coordonner avec les différents acteurs le développement d’une stratégie d'évaluation et d'atténuation des risques pour le projetCollaborer avec le responsable commercial, négocier l’offre avec le client et identifier les écarts par rapport aux termes et conditions commerciales standards
Assurer le transfert effectif des contrats à l’équipe de réalisation du projet après enregistrement de la commande
Qualifications requises
Au moins Bac+5 type ingénieur et/ou d’école de commerce
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur le même type de poste dans le secteur de l'industrie de type Oil and Gaz, Marine, Métallurgie...
Vous justifiez de solides connaissances des process de vente et de négociation des conditions contractuelles et techniques, ainsi que des aspects financiers, des risques, et de la fiscalité des contrats
Anglais courant exigé

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Engineer (M/F) who will be in charge of defining commercial offers (terms and conditions, risk management...).
Role and Responsibilities
To steer and coordinate the commercial tasks linked to offers in connection with application engineers and commercial managers.
To write the commercial offer in compliance with the internal offer review process.
To coordinate with the different actors the development of an evaluation and risk mitigation strategy for the project.
To collaborate with the commercial manager, negotiate the offer with the client and identify the gaps in relation to standard commercial terms and conditions.
To ensure the effective transfer of contracts to the project realization team after recording of the order.
Required Qualifications
At least Master’s degree (Bac+5) type engineer and/or business school.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same type of position in the industry sector such as Oil and Gas, Marine, Metallurgy...
You justify solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes of contractual and technical conditions, as well as financial aspects, risks, and contract taxation.
Fluent English required.
Occasional international travel
